Logging into CertMS
Overview
CertMS provides each customer with a dedicated server instance for secure certificate management. Your organization’s CertMS instance is accessible through a unique URL that was provided during account setup.
Accessing Your CertMS Instance
Step 1: Navigate to Your Instance URL
Your CertMS instance is located at: https://.certms.com
Example: If your instance name is “acmecorp”, your URL would be: https://acmecorp.certms.com
Note: Replace
<instancename>with your organization’s specific instance name provided during account creation.
Step 2: Enter Admin Credentials
- On the login page, enter your admin credentials:
- Username: [Admin username provided during setup]
- Password: [Admin password provided during setup]
- Click Sign In to access your CertMS dashboard.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
Forgot Your Admin Credentials?
If you don’t have your admin credentials or need them reset:
- Contact Support: Email support@certms.com
- Include in your request:
- Your organization name
- Your CertMS instance name
- Primary contact information
Response Time: Support typically responds within 24 hours during business days.
Common Login Issues

| “Invalid credentials” error | Verify username/password are correct and contact support if needed |
| Cannot access instance URL | Confirm your instance name is correct in the URL |
| Page won’t load | Check your internet connection and try refreshing the page |
