Logging into CertMS

Overview

CertMS provides each customer with a dedicated server instance for secure certificate management. Your organization’s CertMS instance is accessible through a unique URL that was provided during account setup.

Accessing Your CertMS Instance

Step 1: Navigate to Your Instance URL

Your CertMS instance is located at: https://.certms.com

Example: If your instance name is “acmecorp”, your URL would be: https://acmecorp.certms.com

Note: Replace <instancename> with your organization’s specific instance name provided during account creation.

Step 2: Enter Admin Credentials

  1. On the login page, enter your admin credentials:
    • Username: [Admin username provided during setup]
    • Password: [Admin password provided during setup]
  2. Click Sign In to access your CertMS dashboard.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

Forgot Your Admin Credentials?

If you don’t have your admin credentials or need them reset:

  1. Contact Support: Email support@certms.com
  2. Include in your request:
    • Your organization name
    • Your CertMS instance name
    • Primary contact information

Response Time: Support typically responds within 24 hours during business days.
